15th of December

Day 1 will cover aspects of type 1 and type 2 intestinal failure including causes and prevention, distal limb feeding, medicines management, pain and dysmotility. 

16th of December 

Day 2 will cover type 3 intestinal failure and will focus on home parenteral nutrition including HIFNET and the HPN framework, monitoring, complications such as infections, metabolic and abnormal LFTs, intestinal rehabilitation and the patient perspective.

Learning Style: Online lectures, panel discussion, case studies and questions & answers.

Target audience: Any healthcare professional interested and involved in looking after patients with acute and chronic intestinal failure including those requiring home parenteral nutrition.

CPD Points: 6 CPD points are awarded for attendance of this conference by the ACPGBI.

Price: £100 

The price is for both days. We are not able to offer a reduced rate for daily attendance.
